Narangba Community

can anybody help with any information

We lived in the very new estate of Forest Ridge back in 1996 when I became pregnant with our first child. Now she is 12 and starting highschool this year when school goes back. Our youngest daughter attends the best school in Qld.......Narangba State School opposite the railway line. It turns 100 this year with lots on the agenda for our little school.

Norfolk Lakes: 3 black swans spotted while walking around Norfolk LakeI went for a walk around Norfolk Lake the other day with my kids. What a magic spot. There is a good mixture of wild places, manicured gardens and paths, playgrounds and wildlife.

There has been a lot of lightning storms here in the last few days. Has anybody got some good photos? - none of mine turned out.

Does anyone know if there is a Canasta Club in the area ?

It seems like there is a lot of dust here in Narangba valley. I have lived in Forest Ridge for 9 years or so now. All our cars are parked outside and constantly get coated with dust when parked here.

I think its from all the housing development constantly going on.

Does anybody else experience this?
